Job Summary

As a Senior Gear Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with our Art, Layout, and Engineering teams to identify workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance our development process.
• Working closely with the team to generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs, and implement the selected solution.
• Assisting in the development, preservation, and extension of arenaflex's proprietary engine-specific and custom gear.
• Building and guiding custom asset pipelines.
• Growing arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in our development process across various disciplines.

• Preserve, extend, and aid present development gear.
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines.
• Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures.
• Collaborate with the team to generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs, and implement the selected solution.
• Assist in the development, preservation, and extension of arenaflex's proprietary engine-specific and custom gear.

Essential Qualifications

* A strong passion for empowering others to excel in their roles.

• Experience with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Enjoy working with custom standalone gear.
• Experience growing gear that can be utilized by multiple game development disciplines.
• Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, and JavaScript.
• Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with custom game engines, including Unreal or Unity.

• Familiarity with JavaScript and Net Tech.
• Experience with required utility materials.
