Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Advocate

As a Customer Service Advocate with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone-based sales and customer service communication. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing customer inquiries and resolving issues and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with our team to provide seamless support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Utilizing sales and customer service communication skills to drive sales and revenue growth
• Participating in contests, raffles, and team parties to celebrate your hard work and achievements
• Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Adhering to our policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards

Education and Experience

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Stable work history
• Authorization to work in the United States
• At least 1 year of call center experience in the last 3 years
• Ability to work occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages
