Technical Support Representative - Entry Level
Soundvision Technologies is a parent company of several recognized technology brands, specializing in high-end custom audio and WiFi networking. They are seeking an entry level Technical Support Representative with foundational knowledge of networking technologies to provide customer support and assistance.
Responsibilities
- Understanding of layers 1-4 of the OSI model
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies
- Basic knowledge of wired networking (switching, basic routing)
- Understanding of VPN technologies
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Skills

- Have set up and/or maintained a network consisting of at least 200 client devices both wired and wireless
- Advanced knowledge of WiFi technologies
- Advanced knowledge of wired networking technologies
- Experience working for a smaller company environment
- Basic understanding of VLANs
- Strong team collaboration abilities
