Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Professional to join our Patient Care Coordinator team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling monthly quiet top-off requests, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, pharmacies, and patient reference sources regarding nutrition treatment request status
- Triaging calls to different departments to ensure efficient resolution
- Confirming patient demographics and insurance information to guarantee accurate shipment
- Handling new patient orders and updating electronic clinical records
- Collaborating with the patient confirmations department to ensure smooth onboarding of patients with our services
Required Capabilities
* At least one year of experience working in a customer-facing environment
- Experience with data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Capabilities
* Home infusion or strong clinical hardware (DME) experience
- Call center experience
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
