Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in New York, USA. As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to inform business decisions. This is a part-time, remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $23.
Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: ### Information Extraction
- Identify and extract relevant information from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other data repositories
- Compile and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date data sets, ensuring data quality and integrity
### Information Perception and Revealing
- Design and develop visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports to communicate key findings to stakeholders
- Ensure precision and clarity in data presentation, empowering informed decision making at all levels of the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection, storage, and analysis processes
### Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Data Science, to ensure seamless data flow and analysis
- Provide expertise and guidance on data-related projects and initiatives
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team
### Data Quality Assurance and Integrity
- Execute thorough quality assurance processes to maintain the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting
- Identify potential data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to mitigate them
- Develop and implement data quality control measures to ensure data consistency and accuracy
Essential Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in SQL with Large Query or similar platforms
- 4+ years of experience in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms
- 4+ years of experience in leading data analysis and interpretation
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
* Understanding and experience working with digital media tech stack
- Familiarity with DMPs/DSPs/SSPs/Google Cloud Platform/Adobe Marketing Cloud
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across functions
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
