Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts. You'll utilize compliant documentation standards, provide empathetic and member-centric service, and exceed our members' expectations. You'll also ensure that every member is shown respect, kindness, and that all questions are thoroughly answered and resolved.

Key Responsibilities

* Educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues based on incoming telephone member contacts

• Utilize compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and timely documentation of member interactions
• Provide empathetic and member-centric service to meet the unique needs of each member
• Exceed our members' expectations by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure that every member is shown respect, kindness, and that all questions are thoroughly answered and resolved

Essential Qualifications

* Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate in a customer service role

• Ability to apply patience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills
• High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
• Or, equivalent military experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Competitive salary range: $17.00 - $27.16 per hour

• $1000 sign-on bonus
• $2000 retention bonus after 180 days
