Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat, providing accurate information and timely assistance to resolve customer inquiries.
- Collaborating with other support team members to ensure consistent service delivery and sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Utilizing various tools and resources to navigate customer inquiries and concerns, including arenaflex's proprietary customer service software.
- Striving to meet and exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and issue resolution, including first contact resolution (FCR) and average handle time (AHT).
- Staying informed about arenaflex's products and services to better assist customers and provide personalized solutions.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
To be successful as a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll need:
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and language.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a chat support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, including arenaflex's customer service software.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of online retail processes and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a commitment to meeting performance metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
