Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced full stack data scientist to join our Information Researcher, Investigation team at arenaflex. As a data scientist, you will be responsible for providing data analysis and support to various teams, including stage, administration, and functional design groups. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions, develop strategic plans, and execute research projects. Your expertise will help us scale our business and make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stage and administration teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for business decisions
- Develop and maintain data instrumentation, dashboards, and reports to support business intelligence and analytics
- Design and implement data surveys, metrics, and KPIs to measure business performance
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and execute research projects
- Provide data analysis and support to various teams, including functional design groups
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making
- Identify and address ambiguous issues and develop solutions to complex problems
- Recognize trade-offs between speed and quality of various methodologies
- Develop logical structures to measure group performance and track data to identify areas for improvement
- Operationalize data cycles to provide real-time analysis, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role, preferably in a consumer web business or high-growth product or team
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R
- Experience using data to drive business results and inform strategic decisions
- Familiarity with data analysis and communication, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining KPIs for business success
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Four-year college education
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in functional excellence, defining metrics, and analysis reporting
- Experience working with software development and functional event data
- Experience with AI techniques, such as regression, decision trees, and neural networks
