Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Technician at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Contributing to efforts and initiatives in the deployment, maintenance, and support of cutting-edge and new data center infrastructure.
• Participating in complex troubleshooting and resolving critical technical issues.
• Testing and troubleshooting new server and network hardware components and designs.
• Installing and maintaining switches, routers, and other large-scale networking equipment.
• Configuring and troubleshooting Linux OS-related issues.

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Three years of experience in the upkeep and tracking of server systems, running systems, or networking protocols.
• Experience in upkeep and tracking of server systems.
• Experience in operating inside a data center or network operations center environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

• Experience in operating with troubleshooting hardware or network-related issues using Linux-based tools.
• Experience working autonomously and prioritizing multiple competing priorities.
• Ability to collaborate and work with people and teams to overcome challenges.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and adjust priorities.
