The Role

As a Data Science Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and engineers to develop and implement AI and machine learning models that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, design and develop data-driven solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to develop and implement AI and machine learning models

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven growth and improvement
• Design and develop data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with other data science teams to share best practices and drive innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, physics, etc.)

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, physics, etc.) with a strong background in AI and machine learning
• Proven experience in developing and implementing AI and machine learning models
• Strong programming skills in a logical language (e.g., Python, R, etc.)
• Experience with data sets (e.g., Hive, SQL, etc.)
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including deep learning and natural language processing
• Ability to approach business problems as numerical programming problems and develop solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning

• Experience with data representation and data engineering
• Strong understanding of data science concepts, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, etc.)
• Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
