Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Research and Insights team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling will help us uncover new insights and opportunities for improvement in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to analyze and interpret large datasets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs
* Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in healthcare data
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures that support data-driven decision-making
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement data-driven solutions that address specific business needs
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
* Strong programming skills in languages such as R, Python, or SQL
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
* Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
