Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing personalized support to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer service through inbound calls, emails, and chats, resolving customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Utilize your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to customer issues, often in a first-contact resolution approach
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support to customers
• Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handling time
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish
• Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
