Experienced Bilingual Customer Care Representative – Remote Opportunity in Central Time Zone

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls from customers and company associates in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting interactions with customers when necessary, ensuring accurate and detailed records
- Resolving customer issues and complaints while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Updating customer records and electronically recording interactions to ensure seamless communication
- Collaborating with higher-level Customer Care Representatives or Supervisors to resolve complex customer situations
- Escalating unresolved customer issues or technical problems for further investigation and resolution
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in customer-related services, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
- A minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with 95% accuracy
- Comprehensive spelling and grammar skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing
- The ability to use multiple systems while assisting customers, including CRM software and other technical tools
- Basic knowledge of computers and mobile devices, with the ability to troubleshoot common issues
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer experience, including empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be a plus:
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to speak, listen, converse, and write proficiently
- Excellent telephone etiquette and empathy towards customers, with a strong focus on building rapport and trust
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening abilities, with the ability to navigate complex customer situations
- Basic troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve common technical issues

Compensation and Perks

- A base salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience
