Job Summary
We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

- Staying up-to-date on product and service information, including features, benefits, and promotions
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations
Qualifications
