Key Responsibilities

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing top-notch customer service and support
  • Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure proficiency in our systems and processes
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • A high level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort working from home, with a dedicated and private workspace
  • Self-motivation and a drive for success, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • A strong background in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in Spanish
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act, would be beneficial. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is also a plus.
