Job Summary As a Customer Service and Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be the front line in providing remarkable experiences for our members and providers. You'll be responsible for answering all inbound customer support inquiries regarding new and existing member and provider accounts. Your goal will be to effectively diagnose customer needs and ensure all are addressed, including benefit eligibility and claim status.
