Job Summary As a Customer Service and Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be the front line in providing remarkable experiences for our members and providers. You'll be responsible for answering all inbound customer support inquiries regarding new and existing member and provider accounts. Your goal will be to effectively diagnose customer needs and ensure all are addressed, including benefit eligibility and claim status. Key Responsibilities * Effectively communicate with members and providers over the phone and through email to ensure all needs are addressed * Provide extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction * Help customers understand their eligibility of benefits and claim status * Assist in Open Enrollment by answering questions and educating members * Manage your time effectively to keep up with the incoming calls from the queue * Accurately document information exchanged during each call * Other duties as assigned Ideal Candidate We're seeking individuals who are: * Outgoing, intelligent, dependable, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company * Outgoing and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong communicators with excellent written and verbal skills * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Exceptional attention-to-detail * Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays * Previous experience in a customer service position, preferably in the healthcare field is a plus * Healthcare experience is a plus What We Offer * Competitive hourly pay: $16.50 per hour to start, with opportunities for growth to $18.00 per hour at the 1-year mark * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, vision, and dental insurance * 4% max matching 401K and other financial opportunity options * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Flexible Work from Home schedule, with set hours of 7am to 7pm Monday through Thursday and 7am to 5pm on Fridays * Classroom training program, with a duration of 2-3 weeks How to Apply If you're a motivated and enthusiastic customer service professional looking for a new challenge, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
