Job Summary
As a Customer Service and Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be the front line in providing remarkable experiences for our members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with members and providers over the phone and through email to ensure all needs are addressed
- Provide extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction
- Help customers understand their eligibility of benefits and claim status
- Assist in Open Enrollment by answering questions and educating members
- Manage your time effectively to keep up with the incoming calls from the queue
- Accurately document information exchanged during each call
- Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
We're seeking individuals who are:

- Outgoing and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communicators with excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention-to-detail
- Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays
- Previous experience in a customer service position, preferably in the healthcare field is a plus
- Healthcare experience is a plus
What We Offer

- Competitive hourly pay: $16.50 per hour to start, with opportunities for growth to $18.00 per hour at the 1-year mark
