Responsibilities
As a Customer Training Instructor II, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with our retailers in Colorado, providing them with the training and support they need to succeed. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting weekly training classes and periodic refresher classes to ensure retailers have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service
- Delivering train-the-trainer sessions, updating training materials, and training retailers to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and issues
- Monitoring retailers' training to ensure that training standards are maintained and providing feedback and support as needed
- Scheduling, confirming, and communicating with retailers, as well as following up with them to ensure they are meeting their training goals
- Instructing retailers in both classroom lectures and in-store trainings, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service
- Visiting assigned retailers on a routine basis to clean Lottery terminals, deliver supplies and promotional inserts, and ensure that they have the necessary supplies and equipment to operate effectively
- Acting as a point-of-contact for assigned Lottery sales representatives, providing them with support and guidance as needed
- Following up on all installs and changes of ownership to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to our retailers
- Organizing and participating in Lottery promotions, fairs, and events to engage with our retailers and promote our products
- Serving as a liaison between blithequark, lottery officials, and retailers to provide effective and satisfactory customer service
- Coordinating all activities and monitoring field activities for assigned regions to ensure that our retailers are meeting their training goals and providing excellent customer service
- Participating in projects as assigned, including developing and coordinating field materials to support our retailers in the retail environment
- Serving as a point person for all projects, including attending project team meetings, updating timelines, developing schedules, training materials, and written marketing materials
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with in-person classroom training, with customer product or virtual webinar training experience being beneficial but not required
- The ability to build strong, supportive customer relationships and explain technical concepts in simple terms to a diverse audience
- Strong people skills, with the ability to deal with conflict and urgent problem-solving
- The ability to work collaboratively with strong personalities and train groups of 3-20 people
- A clean driving record, as a company car will be provided for business use

Compensation and Benefits
As a valued member of the blithequark team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:
- A base salary range of $40,887 - $115,000, with the actual pay offered may be higher or lower based on factors such as background, skills, experience, and work location
