The Role

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and industries. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. However, your role will also involve sales and upselling opportunities, where you'll have the chance to showcase your product knowledge and build strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in sales and customer service software, such as CRM systems and ticketing platforms

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)

  • Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish or French
