As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer service to union members, responding to their inquiries, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Working closely with union associations to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to members who express interest.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to track customer interactions and sales performance.
