Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Working with order release and fulfillment systems in Shopify and proprietary systems to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining and executing return processing through integrated systems, ensuring efficient and timely resolution of customer returns.
  • Receiving and promptly servicing customer calls and emails regarding all aspects of the sales order process, return goods authorization, and general product knowledge.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Communicating with brand management regarding issues or concerns, ensuring effective collaboration and resolution.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications/Skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Courteous customer service skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure, ensuring effective conflict resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent computer skills with general PC/Mac and Microsoft Office knowledge, including proficiency in Shopify.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Shopify, with the ability to navigate and utilize its features to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Availability to work an eastern standard schedule, including Monday through Friday split schedules and alternating Sundays.
  • A functioning internet provider and personal computer available for work purposes.

Details:

* Salary: $400 - $550 a month, based on experience.
