This may involve responding to support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide prompt, courteous, and professional assistance to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers through live chat, providing prompt and courteous assistance

  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer product information to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support

Contract Length and Rate:

* No fixed term contract

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour

Skills and Background Needed:

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently
  • Closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Availability of 10+ hours per week
  • Reliable internet connection

Hours per Week and Location:

* 10+ hours per week

  • Remote work online (United States preferred)
