Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project management and analysis for a Department of Defense client. The role involves maintaining project timelines, conducting exercise planning, and ensuring effective communication to achieve program goals.

Responsibilities

  • Experience with maintaining correspondence, organizational calendars, distribution lists, and project timelines
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaborative virtual meeting technologies, including Microsoft Teams, WebEx, or Zoom
  • Ability to be detail-oriented, flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing client priorities
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple client organizations and teams
  • Ability to author briefings and formulate responses to partners and leadership
  • Ability to work with a team and work independently
  • Ability to produce timely records of meetings and workshops
  • Secret clearance

Skills
