The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Employment Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected firm that focuses exclusively on employment law and business litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex employment litigation matters, including PAGA actions and wage-and-hour class actions.
- Represent employers in state and federal courts, as well as administrative forums.
- Handle all phases of litigation: case strategy, discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeals.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on employment law compliance and risk management.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and contribute to firm-wide thought leadership through seminars and publications.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in California employment litigation.
- Extensive experience defending PAGA claims and class action lawsuits.
- Proven track record in handling complex litigation and delivering successful outcomes.
- Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Work Arrangement
- 100% Remote for candidates with an active California Bar license and extensive PAGA experience.
