• Plan and dispatch resources, labor, and equipment on a timely basis to meet business goals and metrics.
• Collaborate with management teams to optimize scheduling, routing, and service delivery to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Utilize software and tools to identify cost-effective solutions for meeting needs and improve operational workflows.
• Continuously work to improve datasets, ensuring the accuracy of models and service performance.
• Provide daily updates to management on labor and equipment requirements to ensure smooth operations and resource alignment.
• Address planning challenges by analyzing data and applying logic and judgment to resolve issues in real-time.
• Work within multifunctional teams to meet business objectives, and develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 0-1 years of planning and analytical experience or 1-3 years of work experience in a related field.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude for quickly learning new tools and systems.
• Ability to demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.
• Comfortable working as part of a multifunctional team and contributing to group goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE is a plus.
• Previous experience in logistics, planning support, or supply chain optimization is preferred but not required.
