You'll work directly with clients to help them navigate theirpersonal insurance needs, providing education, guidance, and exceptional service every step of the way. • Apply theAIL Sales Philosophyto achieve monthly sales goals
• Convert inbound prospects into long-term, multi-line clients
• Manage and follow up on leads promptly
• Maintain accurate client workflows and records
• Learn the ins and outs of our product offerings (training provided - no experience required!)
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative remote team culture
