You’ll also partner with operations and safety leaders to support a proactive, compliant EHS program that protects both people and processes.What You’ll DoBuild and lead all core HR functions recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, training, and complianceChampion company culture by creating a strong HR foundation that supports flexibility, fairness, and team engagementDevelop and maintain policies, employee handbook, and HR workflowsEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including labor, wage/hour, OSHA, and WA L&I/DOSH safety regulationsPartner with the Safety & Environmental team on injury reporting, safety training, and compliance documentationServe as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff across all levels of the organizationTrack and report on key HR and safety metrics to support decision-makingOversee or help select HR systems (HRIS, timekeeping, payroll platforms) to streamline operations and enhance accuracyWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial settingBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Proven ability to establish HR policies, systems, and infrastructure from the ground up strongly preferredKnowledge of compliance, labor laws, and workplace safety (OSHA and WA L&I/DOSH)Strong collaboration skills, especially with operations or EHS leadersFamiliarity with HR software platforms (HRIS, payroll, timekeeping)—prior implementation or selection experience is a plus, but not requiredBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusProactive, hands-on, and adaptable mindsetInterested in hearing more?
