Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our remote team. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, responding to customer inquiries, and providing support to our operations team. This is a part-time position, with a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and efficiency

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide support to our operations team, including data entry, research, and analysis
  • Collaborate with our customer service team to resolve customer issues
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot technical issues and implement system updates

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, communications)

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of data security and risk management principles
  • Experience with ServiceNow Administration, GRC, or similar systems (desired)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Proofpoint PhishAlarm or similar systems

  • Knowledge of business analysis, process improvement, and project management principles
  • Experience with Lithe philosophies and methodologies
  • Coursework or experience in cybersecurity or a related field
  • Ability to work in a culture that is open, direct, conscious, gracious, and empathetic
  • Fast learner, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a sense of humor
