Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead our AppleCare Support team in driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise will help us refine our customer support strategies, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve customer support business operations

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth, optimize processes, and enhance customer experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Provide expert guidance on data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our analytics capabilities remain cutting-edge

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
• Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and Excel (including VBA and Power BI)
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with Apple products and services

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira or Asana
• Certification in data science, business analytics, or a related field (desired)
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles
