Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Care team in a remote work-from-home capacity. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $40,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Employees work flexible hours, with shifts ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assisting customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries

Requirements
