As a Temporary Remote Catastrophe (CAT) Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients during times of need, providing empathetic and responsive service to customers affected by catastrophes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Temporary Remote Catastrophe (CAT) Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs
  • Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process
  • Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
  • Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries

Computer and Network Requirements

To ensure a seamless and secure experience, we require:

  • A reliable computer with Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Home operating system
  • A headset (preferably with a noise-cancelling feature)
  • A private network connection (Ethernet or Wi-Fi)
  • A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps (tested using www.speedtest.net)
  • No VPNs or public network connections

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be able to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words per minute)
  • Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Have a basic understanding of Windows operating systems
  • Be highly reliable and able to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
  • Be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the onboarding process
