About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and fashion-forward individual to join our remote team, supporting customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. If you have a flair for exquisite, personalized service and a keen sense of style, this role is tailor-made for you. You'll utilize your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service to help exclusive customers shop, resolve questions about their orders, and address issues with white glove treatment.

A Typical Day

  • Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful answers, resolving customer issues with ease and professionalism.
  • Offer personalized product or service recommendations to close sales and enhance the customer experience.

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture, with a keen eye for detail and style.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years of equivalent work experience, demonstrating your ability to learn and grow.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues.
  • Computer experience and proficiency, with high-speed internet access (> 15 mbps) and a reliable USB wired headset (or equivalent).
  • A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android (e.g., iPad) for daily log-in and communication.
