What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and making recommendations to close sales. Your day will be filled with:
- Answering incoming communications from customers
- Conducting research to provide answers and resolve customer issues
- Making recommendations to close sales and provide a personalized shopping experience
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer service
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- A minimum of 1 year of post-secondary education or 2 years of equivalent work experience
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues
- Proficiency in computer software and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- A smartphone or other device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
