Work From Home Opportunity

As a Work From Home Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, surrounded by the people and things that matter most to you. With a remote opportunity available to those living within 100 miles of Austin, TX, you'll be able to enjoy the best of both worlds: the freedom to work from home and the opportunity to connect with travelers from around the world.

Class Start Date and Training Schedule

Our next training class is scheduled to begin on January 20, 2025, and will run for 5 weeks, from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM CT. After completing your training, you'll be expected to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM CT.

Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming contacts for a variety of blithequark brands and assisting customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels, including voice, email, and chat
  • Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests
  • Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize revenue
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
  • Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution and open communication with blithequark properties, related company contacts, and third parties

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • No license or certification required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with blithequark's brands and services

Work Environment and Equipment

As a Work From Home Representative, you'll be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment that's conducive to performing your assigned work. This includes:

  • A physical cable plug-in (ethernet) connection
  • Minimum requirements of 3 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed
  • A dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
