Responsibilities

As an Experienced Live Chat Assistant – Remote Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: -

Issue Resolution:

Identify and analyze customer issues to provide effective solutions, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a positive customer experience. -

Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions within the customer relationship management (CRM) system. -

Performance Tracking:

Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance customer service processes and implement innovative solutions. -

Feedback Loop:

Requirements

To succeed as an Experienced Live Chat Assistant – Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will need: -

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or relevant certification preferred. -

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, particularly in a remote or chat-based capacity is preferred. -

Technical Skills:

Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including live chat systems, email, and MS Office Suite. -
