The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the voice of our organization and our customers' primary point of contact. You'll be responsible for providing superior service to our customers who have purchased extended warranty contracts for wireless cell phone handsets. This role requires listening to our customers' concerns, showing empathy, and resolving their issues in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner

• Listen actively to customers' concerns and show empathy to understand their needs and concerns
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
• Take the initiative to understand customers' current challenges and proactively help them avoid future challenges
• Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
