Job Summary

We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to fill the role of Remote Data Entry Specialist. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist with blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer information, ensuring completion within timed deadlines, and facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer information and ensure completion within timed deadlines, with a minimum of 6000 KPH.
  • Facilitate auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents.
  • Interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management teams.
  • Escalate any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader.
  • Carry out duties deemed necessary by blithequark management.
  • Ensure full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as blithequark policies and procedures.
  • Process client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and input data onto SKP or DCS.
  • Use the system to verify customer records.
  • Set up DCS screens.
  • Transmit data to customers.
  • Research and resolve system data issues.

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Computer with internet access and a quiet work space away from distractions.
  • Must be able and comfortable working in an environment without immediate supervision.
  • Good customer service behaviors and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring that everything is input in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • IT literate with knowledge of using all Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Data entry or administrative assistant experience is not required but can be a bonus.
  • Background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields is welcome.
  • Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural environment and with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks from multiple team members.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-moving environment with poise.
