About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent Trainee to join our team at our central offices in Sils. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, web, and other channels
• Manage and resolve transportation and product-related incidents
• Offer expert advice to customers on product quality, features, and technical support
• Handle customer complaints and returns, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize customer service operations

Essential Qualifications

• University student or recent graduate in an administrative field
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer focus and results-driven approach

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with additional languages being a plus
• Able to sign a curriculum or extracurriculum internship agreement with universities or study centers
