Responsibilities
As a Collections and Customer Service Advisor at blithequark, you will play a critical role in helping our clients manage their financial obligations and achieve financial stability. Your responsibilities will include:
* Proactively managing collection processes and providing support to clients via phone or digital channels, ensuring clear and respectful communication.
* Offering personalized assistance to clients regarding their payment plans, due dates, and financial obligations, always seeking a constructive resolution.
* Supporting clients in understanding and navigating their credit status, promoting financial responsibility while aligning with company policies.
* Documenting all interactions in CRM or ticketing platforms to ensure proper follow-up and case tracking.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* A degree from one of the following universities:
+ Universidad Católica Andrés Bello
+ Universidad Metropolitana
+ Universidad Monteávila
* A preferred degree in:
+ Business Administration
+ Economics
+ Engineering
+ Law
* A copy of your university degree must be submitted to complete the process.
* Basic understanding of consumer credit and financial products.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills for collections and customer service.
* Experience using CRM systems, ticketing, or case-tracking tools.
* Good command of Excel (basic to intermediate level).
