Job Summary

As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences across our social media platforms. You will work closely with our Mission Supervisors to develop and execute email marketing campaigns, analyze customer engagement metrics, and provide insights to inform our social media strategy. Responsibilities

* Assist Mission Supervisors in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including creative asset development, campaign planning, and analytics reporting

  • Analyze customer engagement metrics to inform social media strategy and optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prepare resources for campaign execution
  • Create effort reports to track campaign performance and provide insights to inform future campaigns
  • Utilize Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop to develop email marketing creative assets and trade resource expectations
  • Help with CRM testing, effort QA, and provide feedback on campaign execution
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns are always on-trend and effective

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in HTML, with experience in email marketing platforms and social media analytics tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello

  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook or Instagram
  • Experience with email marketing automation tools, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with content creation and editing, including video and audio production
