About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative - Healthcare, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service support to our healthcare clients and their members. You will be responsible for resolving routine problems and questions related to insurance, benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices. Your primary goal will be to deliver a positive and welcoming experience to our members, being empathetic and answering their inquiries thoroughly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat

  • Help customers resolve technical issues related to healthcare services and products
  • Assist in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns
  • Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
  • Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
  • Be efficient in navigating multiple systems
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

Qualifications

* Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation

  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED
  • Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
