Job Overview

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their requests, and providing solutions to their problems. Your primary goal will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems
  • Use various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, communicating effectively with customers
  • Work variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight, day, and late shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Be available to work national holidays and rotating shifts, including early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required
  • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
  • Meet the technical requirements, including a minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Right to work in India
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
