Job Overview

The Senior HR Technology Analyst will serve as a liaison between our business and technology partners, working closely with the People Systems Team to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and exceptional user experiences. This is a hybrid role based out of our Corporate Campus in Texas, USA, requiring a minimum of three days of on-site work per week. As a strategic problem-solver with a forward-thinking mindset, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing effective solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate custom reports summarizing business, financial, or monetary records for analysis by Executives, Managers, Customers, and other Stakeholders
  • Participate in Enterprise projects, providing subject matter expertise in People data and analytics strategies
  • Resolve escalated issues through the analysis of discrepancies in Employee records
  • Ensure data integrity is maintained by accurately interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure capabilities and next stories meet expectations
  • Communicate with key Stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
  • Conduct analysis and identify solutions to business problems
  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Advanced-level experience, pro, and specialized expertise in functional support of HR and/or Payroll systems
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes and systems, including word processing, managing documents and records, stenography, and transcription
  • Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods
  • Skilled in the use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in speech so others will understand

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Advanced expertise and experience with Workday configuration in HCM and Recruiting
  • Jira experience is useful in transitioning to this role

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive market salary ranging from $97,750 to $108,600 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to your salary, you will be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
