What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming, greeting, and assisting all students, members, and visitors entering the facility with a smile and a helping hand
• Opening and closing the fitness facility, ensuring proper access and security for all users
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment for all facility users, including restocking supplies and tidying up common areas
• Operating a cash register and handling financial transactions with ease and accuracy
• Working independently while providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner

What is Required (Qualifications):

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school education or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of employment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and Outlook
• Ability to run a cash register and work independently with minimal supervision
• No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team
