As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be an integral part of our operations team, working closely with our Data Entry Team Leader and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data processing and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer information with a minimum KPH of 6000, ensuring accuracy and completion within timed deadlines
  • Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents
  • Coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management teams to ensure smooth data processing and customer satisfaction
  • Escalating any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
  • Carrying out duties deemed necessary by blithequark management, ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as blithequark policies and procedures
  • Processing client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
  • Verifying customer records using the system
  • Setting up DCS screens
  • Transmitting data to customers
  • Researching and resolving system data issues

Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies

To succeed as a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Good customer service behaviors, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural environment and with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on timely completion
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, with effective communication skills and a strong organizational and coordination focus
  • Sufficient relevant experience working within an operational service delivery role, with IT literacy and knowledge of using all Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to navigate a fast-moving environment with poise, taking direction and prioritizing tasks from multiple Team Members
