We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our remote team as a Data Entry Specialist. As a key player in our client-facing operations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients, while also developing your skills through industry-leading training and professional development opportunities.Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:- Providing exceptional client care through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, and closing deals
- Conveying product and service information to clients, highlighting key features and benefits
- Recording important data and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced, organized environment
- Complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to sales and customer service practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- At least two years of experience in customer support and sales, with a proven track record of building client loyalty and driving sales growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex client issues and find creative solutions
- High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available for those who want to advance their education
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
