Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving discrepancies between our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records and our enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving problems from various regions within the company, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities

- Resolve discrepancies between eligibility records and enrollment package records - Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems from various regions within the company - Analyze and resolve errors from multiple reports - Reconcile eligibility among systems - Monitor and track records - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions - Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) - High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the healthcare industry - Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools - Familiarity with data management systems and software
