The Role of a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at blithequark

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our electric vehicles and renewable energy solutions
  • Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing personalized interactions that make them feel valued and appreciated
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments, industry trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve our support strategy

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns on social media platforms within a specified time frame

  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support to customers, including answers to questions about Autopilot functionality, energy storage solutions, and other advanced features
  • Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing personalized interactions that make them feel valued and appreciated
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments, industry trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve our support strategy
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to our support strategy
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of blithequark's products and services, including features, benefits, and technical specifications
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, or customer service

  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
