Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling a variety of customer interactions through inbound phone calls, emails, chat, and SMS. You'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and resolving customer concerns for our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries through inbound phone calls, emails, chat, and SMS

• Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work with a variety of clients across industries, including tech, e-commerce, gaming, and entertainment
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Stay up-to-date with client policies and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field

• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Experience with Zendesk or other CRM software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications
• Ability to show empathy and be apologetic when necessary
• Willingness to work as part of a team and independently
• Ability to follow client policies and guidelines while remaining objective

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with inbound/outbound calls, emails, chat, and SMS messaging support

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Familiarity with MSQ security software and 2FA app
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Workspace Requirements

* Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above

• Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your mobile device
• Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
• Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater
• 8 GB RAM or better
• Dual monitors highly recommended
