Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Professional at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience (although not required)
  • Good phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Solid outgoing personality with superior interaction abilities
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Effective listening and summarizing skills
  • Experience with personal computers and a typical functioning degree typing capability

  • Excellent time management and administrative skills, with a keen focus to detail

  • A reliable personal computer and high-speed internet access
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if needed)
