Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, addressing their questions and concerns, and positioning new solutions that meet their needs. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have the opportunity to upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits. Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions
  • Upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits and value-added services
  • Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide the best customer service experience for our customers
  • Provide information about current plans and products, and identify new solutions that align with customer needs
  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
  • Work in a highly structured environment with a focus on quality and performance

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 18+ years of age
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
  • Must be able to thrive in a highly structured environment
  • Schedule with open availability (evenings and weekends required)

Technical Requirements:

  • High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • Quiet, secured workspace
  • Must live in Texas to apply for this requisition
